They are both about 4″ x 2.5″ and in very good or better antique condition.
This antique stereoview card captures a fascinating and detailed scene, likely depicting an opium den from the Victorian era. One woman is shown holding a pipe to her mouth, while the other appears to be preparing a pipe or holding a tool.
The card also proudly announces “CANADIAN SCENERY” and states, “ALWAYS ON HAND, VIEWS OF QUEBEC, OF ALL SIZES.”. A handwritten notation on the back confirms the subject as “Montcalm House.”.
