Solid Oak with an ornate gesso gold colored liner. Selling as pictured with NO glass and NO backboard (frame only). Over 120 years old. Large size measuring about 22″ x 19″ overall at extremes. Holds a 17″ x 14″ picture . Original finish. Nice original patina. Good condition for age. You may notice minor scuffs and dings from normal age and use. On back of rabbet minor wood loss from old nail removal (last pic). Ornate gold gesso liner in very good shape. Very beautiful late Victorian Oak frame.
