The size of this piece is 12 Field (11″x13″) There is evidence of stray flecks of paint throughout the piece, both in and around the characters. There is some slight mottling in the following areas: in the lion’s nose and snout, his gloves, and his right sleeve, in the gorilla’s glasses, right cheek, teeth, and vest, and in the elephant’s glasses, eyes, and collar. There is some stray paint along the edges, which could be easily matted out. There is a tiny area of paint loss under the lion’s tongue, and in the dog’s nose.
