Antique Cast Iron Painted Figural Clock Maker Clock Stautue W/Movement**COOL**. I know the JVE company made some of these Figural clocks but this one the clock maker/ merchant looks different and is in a different stance then the others I’ve seen online. So he’s different and very cool looking with worn paint and solid cast iron. When I wind up clock it doesn’t move but then when you turn key counterclockwise the movement ticks so will need to be fixed. Comes with a key but doesn’t appear to be the original. He’s also holding weights in his hands to the clock but pendulum is missing. Always clock parts available to buy online so not a big deal. 14 1/2”H x 4 3/4”W x 4 3/4”D Provenance: Estate of Robert Meyzen of Connecticut, co-founder of the legendary French restaurant “La Caravelle” in New York City. item#294.75-22
