All 6 pieces in this set are in excellent condition. No chips, no scratches, and no discoloration. Absolutely beautiful pieces.
Era : Circa 1940s (Mid-Century Modern). Condition : Excellent. Very small marks on glass are possible due to age, wear, and storage. [After all the photos were taken, I discovered that I missed a stray spot of brown dirt on one puppy head. ].
Really Nice Pair of Federal Glass Co. “Columbia Gold” Square Bread Plates. These Beautiful Plates have Gold Embellishments as well as a Slightly Scalloped Edge and a Sunburst Center. There is a Beaded Glass Design around the Center Sunburst and Circular imprints, graduating in size, from the center to the edge of the plate. Measuring 6″ Square, this is a Beautifully Crafted Piece of Federal Glass. These 2 plates are in Excellent Condition however, each one has a slight rough spot on the edge that is a tiny chip. I have tried to capture the area with a photo , it is too small to see.
