The artwork depicts the iconic Western face-off between Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam in a saloon setting, a hallmark of Freleng’s directorial tenure at the studio. This specific release is part of a highly restricted edition of only 100 pieces, a significantly smaller run than the standard 500 or 750-count editions typically found on the secondary market.
He introduced and/or developed several of the studio’s biggest stars, including Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig, Tweety Bird, Sylvester the cat, Yosemite Sam (to whom he was said to bear more than a passing resemblance) and Speedy Gonzales.
