Beautifully framed and matted, with accents drawn on the matte. 16” x 19” framed. There are some very minor scratches on the plexiglass, see photos. Otherwise in excellent condition. Animation cel is signed by Jim Davis, with authenticity seal in corner. Certificate of authenticity is also attached to back.
