This rare vintage Costco papier-mâché Santa figurine is a true gem for any collector. At 10 inches tall, standing humble with a patched burlap sack, over flowing wrapped gifts and pine cones. His boots shine and his eyes twinkle. He’s hunched over from the weight of his full bag and smiles all the way to your heart. The colors are vivid. The glossy Paper Mache’, mixed fabric materials and textured finish give it a unique appearance that is sure to love and impress. This limited figurine is retired and comes with no stand for display as he stands well on his own. We added felt tabs to the bottom of his boots for stability. Made in Taiwan in the 1990’s during Costco’s early beginning, it features classic Kris Kringle in a festive gift giving outfit, making it perfect for any Christmas occasion. The item is in excellent as-is condition, with no breakage or loss. Santa has aged and shows some of the classic Paper Mache’ vintage.which shows some aged paint crackle although adds to his character. The original box is included with a minor corner repair and a storage mark. He has absolutely no storage or unusual odors and appears 100% intact.
