Incredible Rare Quartz Trophy Axe (WITH RESTORATION TO THE BIT) found in Richland County Ohio. Nice Classic example with great form and No brainer patina. The bit area has been restored, and it was an amazing job, not sure who did the work, it was already done when I bought it, but it is very difficult to notice even in hand. Beautiful piece of a Bi-Concave / Bow tie Gorget made out of a nice colorful piece of green and black banded slate. Found in Dekalb County Indiana. Ex Cameron Parks Collection and marked by him back when he owned it in the 1950’s. Amazing form and great polish. Both holes visible. This would have been an incredible higher grade example!
