Just like the sugar frosted pillar candles we sold for fundraisers as kids in the 70’s! The decoupage/glue process does not tolerate water. Simply wipe out the inner of the candle to clean. Once the wax has burned, I insert a flickering, battery operated votive candle and it is perfect!
