A 1980’s road map for the Eastern United States from Marathon Petroleum Company. The overall condition is fair with some wear along the fold lines including possible splits and some wear to the surface including possible fading or stains. The map measures about 25 1/4″ x 35 1/2″ when unfolded and about 4″ x 9″ folded up. The pictures are of the front and rear covers of the map when folded and when completely unfolded.
There is no printed date on the map. It was published circa 1949 based on completed highways and bridges.
It introduces the newUS Interstate highways and also includes sightseeing information for the states covered. The only writing I found is. “470” noted in pencil. Take a look at the photos to best judge condition.
