Vintage Moroccan or Persian decorative serving tray. Gorgeous tinned copper over a wood base. The embossed metal overlay features a combination of florals and geometric flourishes, attached to the a wooden tray with incredibly tiny nails. This piece has aged well and has a gorgeous pantina that has the feel of an old penny. The back edge of the overlay appears to have been treated to look brass. Excellent craftsmanship with nicely finished corners. Measures 17”x 14”x 2” depth. A very unique item that will be a great addition to any home. Perfect for use or display creating an expensive, old world, yet rustic vibe. Very good vintage condition. The outside corners show some slight wear.
