The 4″ Light Blue Shy Guy + Propeller is RARE and a little hard to find. Jakks switched to the 4″ Dark Blue Shy Guy that does NOT have the Propeller and has not reissued them since. The 2.5″ Blue Shy Guy is also RARE and has not been reissued by Jakks since 2018.
