The photo itself does show wear, marks, discoloration, and other age-related imperfections from storage and handling over the years. I do not know if this is an original period photograph or a later reprint made from an older image.

For your consideration are a beautiful pair of Anthony Freeman gold tone ceramic cranes from the 1950s. They stand appropriately 12 1/2 inches high, 7″ deep, and 4 1/4″ wide. They appear to be in good condition. The only flaw is that the tip of the male cranes beak appears to have chipped (no white ceramic is showing). Otherwise, they look fantastic. Please refer to my pictures for the condition and measurements. This was an estate find pulled from a mid-century home. This piece is made entirely of plastic. It shows normal signs of age and use, including scratches, scuffs, and light wear here and there. I’m not exactly sure of its intended purpose. It could possibly be used as a small basket, caddy, or decorative storage piece, but I cannot say for certain.
