The clock does wind. The alarm button alarms. The second hand is not moving but the clock has an audible ticking sound. Glass face, gold rim and stone has scuffing. Areas on hands illuminate under black light.

Preowned and authentic- Antique Westclox Jack o’ Lantern alarm clock. Winds up, clock works, alarm works. – Has about 10 small clear spots on glass face. I don’t know what they are from, but they don’t easily scrape off with my fingernail.
