Rare TEPCO brass padlock. (T ennessee E lectric P ower Co) Company was in existence from 1922 until 1939. Has some wear from years of use. Loop at bottom where chain would have been attached has been cut and will not move. See photos. Works. Shackle springs up when opened and spring for the dust cover works well. Lock measures almost 4” tall, 2 1/2" wide & 1" thick.
