Walnut Ridge Artisans Here is a printed stripe cotton/modal velvet made in Italy for Lee Jofa, called La Mignarde, in color ways Clay/Moss and Red/Blue, from the David Easton Collection. This velvet has a short nap and it is oh so soft! A pleasure to the touch. You will see in the pictures that it also has a slight sheen to it. The large pattern is softly colorful, bold and simply fun. It is a medium weight fabric and can be used for upholstery, drapes, pillows, wall covering, and any home decor project. Colors: 1) Red/Blue - (Pix 1-3) On my monitor the colors look true to reality, except maybe for the 1st one (Pict. # the colors are a bit sad.) A light sky blue with a darker gradual shading for the blue stripe, a bright sun yellow, and a strong Cardinal red. Add to these the effect of a hand-painted fabric (showing hand strokes); and the wonderful soft sheen of the cotton/modal velvet. 2) Clay/Moss - (Pix 4-6) On my monitor the colors look true to reality. The brush strokes effect plays with the following colors: A sky blue, a soft brownish yellow, a soft brick red, and a light beige. Add to these the effect of a hand-painted fabric (showing hand strokes) and the wonderful soft sheen of the cotton/modal velvet.
